Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Fine Art Photography, Paintings, and Prints
1. Unless otherwise specified, works are not part of limited editions.
2. We accept PayPal, checks, and money orders. Orders will be held while checks
clear.
3. Buyer shall pay packing and delivery charges, as well as sales tax if
applicable.
4. The Artist reserves all reproduction rights, including the right to claim
statutory
copyright, in the Work. The Work may not be photographed, sketched, painted,
or reproduced in any manner whatsoever
without the express written consent of the Photographer. All approved reproductions
shall bear the following copyright notice: © Charland Graphics 2004
or © Sandra Charland, 2004.
